Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS is seeking a highly motivated ESG Strategy & Sustainability Assistant Manager to lead environmental, social, and governance initiatives across operations and supply chains. The role focuses on advancing the carbon neutrality roadmap, ESG disclosures, and CSR programs while ensuring organizational compliance.

The position requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with ESG data analytics, reporting frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or environmental management.
• Experience with ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, RE100).
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead mid- to long-term ESG strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Integrate ESG across operations and functions; drive carbon neutrality initiatives.
• Prepare ESG disclosures and reports per global frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD).
• Coordinate CSR programs and engage local communities and external partners.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance ESG objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate ESG-related risks and governance needs.
• Promote sustainable operations and supply chain improvements; support procurement and finance alignment.
• Oversee vendor invoices, budgets, and contract lifecycle relating to ESG/CSR.
• Report priorities and updates to leadership; support governance structures.
