Experis Technology Group is seeking an ESG Reporting Project Manager to join a sustainability-focused client in Chicago. This on-site role focuses on tender support, contract analysis for ESG clauses, and coordinating with legal, procurement, and sustainability teams.

You will track commitments, support Global Sustainability Report development, provide copy editing against style guides, and help implement ESG evidence trackers using GRI, SASB, and UNSDG indexes. 6-month contract, $50–$55/hr.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate, contract management certification, or equivalent experience in contract administration or legal support.
• Experience reviewing, summarizing, and analyzing contracts, tenders, and RFP documents, including ESG clauses and obligations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word; experience in MS Teams and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support ESG tenders and contract analysis by reviewing tender documents and RFPs to identify ESG requirements and prepare ESG responses.
• Analyze customer and supplier contracts for ESG clauses, disclosures, and evidence requirements, and summarize findings for sustainability and legal teams.
• Maintain an ESG contractual commitments and evidence tracker and flag obligations aligned with the Global Sustainability Report.
• Support Global Sustainability Report development by capturing, tracking, and reviewing edits across drafts and coordinating with the in-house creative team.
• Provide first-line copy editing and proofreading for report content, ensuring compliance with the style guide and supporting appendix development using GRI, SASB, and UNSDG indexes.

Our client, a sustainability-focused organization, is seeking an ESG Reporting Project Manager to join their team.

Title: ESG Reporting Project Manager

Location: Chicago, Illinois (100% On-Site)

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Pay Range: $50/hr. - $55/hr.

What's the Job?

Support ESG tenders and contract analysis by reviewing tender documents and RFPs to identify ESG and sustainability requirements and help prepare well-substantiated ESG responses.

Analyze customer and supplier contracts for ESG clauses, disclosure obligations, and evidence requirements, then summarize findings for sustainability and legal teams.

Maintain an ESG contractual commitments and evidence tracker, flagging obligations that align with Global Sustainability Report content.

Support Global Sustainability Report (GSR) development by capturing, tracking, and reviewing edits and comments across all drafts, and coordinating integration with the in-house creative agency team.

Provide first-line copy editing and proofreading for report content, ensuring compliance with the style guide and supporting appendix development using GRI, SASB, and UNSDG-related indexes.
