Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of emission reporting and wholesale banking products.
• Excellent desktop/spreadsheet/database skills.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and Databricks.
• Ability to build partnerships across Line of Business and Corporate Functions.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets and complex interrelationships.
• Demonstrated independent judgement, initiative and prioritization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a changing environment and challenge for control issues.

The ESG Reporting & Controller function is primarily focused on ensuring the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of the firm’s sustainability and climate-related reporting.

As an ESG Reporting & Controller Associate within the ESG Reporting & Controller function, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of the firm’s sustainability and climate-related reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute reporting and analytics of sector-specific portfolio carbon intensity based on JPMorganChase Carbon Compass Methodology supporting the firm’s carbon intensity reduction targets.
• Supports production of the Energy Supply Financing Ratio (ESFR), measuring the Firm’s financing of low- and zero-carbon energy supply activities relative to high-carbon activities.
• Contribute requirements to enhance and automate existing processes with a control mindset partnering with product delivery teams and technology

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
