Job summary

Axalta is seeking a Sustainability Specialist at our Glen Mills, PA facility to advance our global ESG program. You will manage ESG data, draft submissions for rating agencies, and maintain the GHG inventory with cross-functional support.

The role involves collaboration across teams, improving ESG reporting processes, and assisting with disclosures including CSRD. Prior ESG data experience and strong analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting ESG-related data.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• ESG Data & Process Management: collect, calculate and document ESG data including the GHG inventory.
• Raters/Rankers Management: draft annual submissions for sustainability raters (CDP, EcoVadis) and improve ESG scoring.
• GHG Inventory Documentation: maintain the GHG Inventory Management Plan with documented assumptions.
• Disclosure Support: assist in the Sustainability Report and CSRD disclosures.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to enhance ESG data management and reporting processes with stakeholders.
• ESG Inquiry Response: support responses to internal and external ESG inquiries.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with internal and external stakeholders to gather information for ESG initiatives.
• Additional ESG Support: assist evolving ESG activities according to regulatory and customer needs.
