As part of this initiative, the Department of Electrical and Systems Engineering is engaged in an aggressive hiring effort for multiple tenure-track positions at all levels. Candidates interested in Innovation in Data Science Engineering and Science (IDEAS) are encouraged to also apply to the school-wide search and designate the ESE department as their preferred department.

We are especially interested in candidates with a diversity of experiences and perspectives. Penn Engineering strongly supports dual career couples, and we welcome and encourage inquiries about dual career assistance (for academic and non-academic opportunities) at an early stage of the recruitment process.

Interested persons should submit an online application and include curriculum vitae, research, teaching, and diversity statements, and at least three confidential letters of recommendation.
