• Bachelor's degree in Exceptional Student Education or related field.
• Approval by or participation in a state-approved certification pathway program.

• Develop, plan, organize and implement an instructional program for ESE students.
• Prepare curriculum, lesson plans and educational programs.
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Ensure safety and compliance with district, state and federal regulations.
