Sarasota County Schools in Sarasota, Florida invites applications for an ESE Paraprofessional - Cluster Aide. Under the supervision of the classroom teacher, you will support instructional and behavioral goals for students.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, a passing Para Pro Assessment or an Associate degree or sixty-hour equivalent, and CPI training within the probationary period. ASD training may be required by the end of probation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent;Para Pro assessment or 60-hour/Associate degree requirement.
• Must complete CPI training within probationary period.
• ASD training may be required by end of probation.

• Implement instructional and behavioral support to students as directed.
• Assist in creating a safe learning environment and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with personal care and supervision as needed; follow classroom directions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct with staff and students.
