Duties include supporting teachers and DJJ program needs within a well-organized educational setting. Requirements include an associate degree or 60 college hours, ParaPro scoring or equivalent, and completion of required trainings such as

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited institution in Education or related field.
• 60 semester hours of college coursework from an accredited institution.
• Qualifying score on the ParaPro Assessment (may be substituted).
• Complete required trainings and health screenings as directed.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in providing a well-organized, smoothly functioning educational environment.
• Support ESE and DJJ programs under direct supervision of a Highly Qualified Teacher.
• Ensure adherence to district policies and health requirements.
• Prepare instructional materials and support classroom activities.

Education

Associate degree in Education or related field

ParaPro Assessment qualifying score
