Job summary

The Bank of Missouri is seeking a Settlement-Escrow Closer to perform closing and settlement duties for title insurance transactions. You will communicate with borrowers, sellers, lenders and real estate agents to determine escrow requirements and finalize documentation.

Responsibilities include clearing title, depositing and disbursing funds, and contributing to business development by attending civic and Chamber events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus Title Insurance License and continuing education or ability to obtain licensing.
• Three years’ Title Insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close and settle transactions for title insurance escrows.
• Clear all title requirements for transfer of title.
• Deposit and disburse funds from closings.
• Communicate with borrowers, sellers, lenders and real estate agents by phone and email.
