Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in title closing, familiarity with ResWare and MS Office, and the ability to obtain state title licensing and a notary commission. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of title closing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ResWare and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain title licensing from the state.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain notary commission from the state.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of and adherence to the title and escrow transaction processes.
• Providing next-level customer service while developing strong relationships with internal and external clients
• Managing all aspects of the closing process.
• Expertly and expediently resolving any title issues that arise.
• Exhibits excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
