Job Description

We are a professional staffing firm working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Processor (Junior) opportunity with a leading innovator in the real estate technology and services industry. This Position is fully Remote.

The Escrow Processor (Junior) is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Reviewing Commitment and Preliminary Reports.
• Sending, receiving, and reviewing seller information.
• Managing payoff information, including ordering and receiving payoffs.
• Handling HOA information, including ordering and receiving HOA status letters.
• Verifying tax information.
• Ordering and receiving water, sewer, and storm drainage services.
• Managing the electricity status.
• Clearing title and completing processing.
• Finalizing and transferring water, sewer, and storm drainage status.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• 0–2 years of escrow, accounting, or processing experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay Rate Range: $24.60 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
