The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of escrow industry experience and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include opening and processing real estate transactions, preparing escrow files, and handling post-closing reconciliations. Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred. The position requires on-site work in both Alhambra and Diamond Bar, California. Benefits include performance-based bonuses and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in the escrow industry.
• Must possess DFPI approval.
• High integrity, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Open, process, and close Real Estate Sales Transactions.
• Prepare escrow files from opening to funding.
• Order title prelims and resolve post-closing issues.
