Lennar Title in Highlands Ranch, CO seeks an Escrow Officer to manage document processing, title clearance, and settlement duties on-site. You will collaborate with the Branch or Escrow Manager and coordinate with buyers and sellers to ensure accurate closing.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 3 years as an Escrow Officer, notary license, and valid driver's license. Supervisory experience a plus; benefits include health plan, 401(k), paid time off, and a company that values

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of Escrow Officer experience.
• Notary license is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Communicates daily responsibilities with Branch or Escrow Manager.
• Obtains demands/releases to clear title.
• Draws instructions and supporting documents for signing.
• Audits and closes file when funds and documents are received.
• Disburses funds.
• Reviews commitment and/or preliminary title report to verify vesting and legal description.
• Understands escrow accounting procedures and Good Funds Law.
