Qualifications

• Florida Notary commission preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare escrow transactions for closing.

• Comply with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure escrow transactions are fully funded and balanced.
• Coordinate signing appointments.
• Prepare filing documents for recording.
