What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties to gather information and assist in the escrow process
  • Open orders, input closing statement information, prepare documents for closing, and handle the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions
  • Communicate requirements and other information to clients
  • Interpret various agreements related to closing and prepare all required documents for transactions
  • Provide general support for the Escrow department and collaborate with escrow officers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an escrow-related field
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Background with a mix of curative and closing experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
