What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the escrow process, including opening orders, inputting closing statement information, and preparing documents for closing
- Communicate regularly with customers throughout the escrow process to ensure a smooth experience
- Utilize various technologies to facilitate escrow transactions and enhance customer interactions
- Handle complete disbursement and follow-up tasks related to the escrow process
- Support the Escrow team with administrative duties and customer support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and external customers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software applications and technologies

- Experience with FAST software is a plus
