What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Maintain client relationships to communicate approved document/data changes and updates
  • Review purchase agreements and perform quality reviews to facilitate the closing process
  • Facilitate title searches, review results, and perform research to clear title issues
  • Produce title insurance policies and distribute according to client Service Level Agreements
  • Assist with post-closing activities, including document packaging and title policy production
