Requirements
  • Machine Setup:
    • Prepare Esco machines for production by installing tools, dies, and fixtures.
    • Adjust machine settings based on blueprints, work orders, and engineering instructions.
    • Conduct test runs to ensure machinery is operating at optimal levels and producing parts within specified tolerances.
  • Tooling and Calibration:
    • Select and install the appropriate tools and fixtures required for each job.
    • Calibrate machines to ensure they produce accurate and consistent parts.
    • Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Monitor the production process to ensure parts meet quality standards.
    • Work with quality inspectors to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
    • Make adjustments to the machinery as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Communicate with production supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 30 lbs).
