Job summary

The Great Escape Room is seeking enthusiastic, guest-focused team members for part-time roles, primarily on weekends. The ideal candidate enjoys entertaining guests, can stay in character, and helps maintain the storyline of our escape experiences.

We value reliability, flexibility for evenings and holidays, and the ability to work well with a team. Compensation is $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and additional commissions.

• Able to think on your feet and solve guest issues without handholding.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while maintaining the escape room storyline and character.
• Continuously look for ways to improve areas of responsibility and guest experience.

The Great Escape Room is a fast growing, family-owned company offering a high-quality escape room experience. Established in 2014, we have several locations across the Eastern United States. We are looking for team members to help us grow and create an unforgettable adventure for our customers.
