You will handle escalated inquiries by phone and email, investigate freight issues, process paperwork, and assist with billing and data entry while maintaining accurate records and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient reading, writing, and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to understand oral and written instructions and complete required documents, reports, and records.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails to resolve escalated inquiries.
• Investigate freight issues, manage claims, and apply policies to resolve disputes.
• Coordinate with terminal operations to confirm availability and schedule deliveries.
• Prepare and review shipment and dispute paperwork for accuracy.
• Support billing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Conduct driver check-ins to verify deliveries.
• Identify recurring service issues and suggest improvements.
