Job Purpose
In this globally scoped role, you will lead the development and execution of the ES business strategy aligned with our Shapes Division and MTP 2029 objectives. You’ll be at the forefront of expanding engineered parts and assemblies, delivering sustainable growth, and coordinating cross-regional initiatives. Your work will influence our strategic direction in high-impact markets such as Semiconductor and Medical .
Principal Accountabilities
Drive and own the global ES strategy , aligning business development, technology innovation, and portfolio growth.
Lead growth initiatives and margin improvement efforts across regions.
Manage the full capabilities lifecycle from concept through commercialization in partnership with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
Coordinate global capacity utilization and capital investments in alignment with long-term OEM strategies.
Develop and maintain key raw material supplier relationships and guide sourcing strategies.
Ensure alignment with our KAITEKI Vision 35 through sustainability and recycling initiatives.

Global revenue and gross profit (GP) growth
Execution of strategic Capex initiatives
Improvement in efficiency and cost of operations
Measurable impact from critical initiatives and innovation
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Materials, or related field
8–10 years of experience in cross-functional roles such as sales, R&D, supply chain, or operations
Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of engineered plastics , machining, assembly, and global market dynamics
Experience working with or selling into strategic markets (e.g., Semicon, Medical )
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to lead globally distributed teams

The salary range for this position is $157,700 - $197,100. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
