A leading government services provider is looking for an experienced ERPS Supervisor to support their operations in Chantilly, Virginia. This remote role requires a Secret clearance and over 10 years of experience in asset management systems, particularly Maximo. You will be responsible for managing a large preventive maintenance portfolio, ensuring data accuracy, and developing training materials among other tasks. Koniag Operations Services, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an ERPS Supervisor with a Secret Clearance to support KOS and our government customer. This is a Remote opportunity. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Koniag Operations Services is looking for a highly qualified, experienced and self‑motivated individual to perform the duties of a ERPS Supervisor for a large government facilities Operations and Maintenance IDIQ contract.

The ERPS Supervisor will serve as the IDIQ Contractor’s Maximo subject matter expert and primary point of contact with customer leadership for all matters involving Maximo. The ERPS Supervisor will interact with customer subject matter experts in meetings and correspondence to gather maintenance information and coordinate with the customer in the development of business practices and assist with Maximo user support.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Must have experience in managing a large preventive maintenance and repair portfolio of multi‑site, multi building/facility.
• The ERPS Supervisor will ensure the accuracy of asset data, completeness, and compliance with data standards, make certain that new assets are successfully created in Maximo after commissioning along with appropriate Preventive Maintenances (PM.).
• The ERPS Supervisor will create PMs and routes to meet warranty and equipment recommendations and ensure PM workload is balanced.
• The ERPS Supervisor will develop training materials, design Job Plans from existing maintenance plans, CFS manuals, and SME recommendations.
• The ERPS Supervisor will draft maintenance plans and present in workshops and for approval and create reports and queries to track KPIs.
• Other duties as assigned by the Program Manager

Recommended Previous Experience:

• Work Order Clerk, Maximo Production Controller, Production Manager, Asset Program Manager, Preventive Maintenance Program Manager, Operations Program Manager.
• Highly desired specific experience in Facilities Management, but not required (Oil and Gas, Aviation are alternative acceptable job fields).

Requirements:

• The ER Analyst must possess a Secret security clearance.
• The ERPS analyst should have ten years or more experience in the use of Asset Management System, such as Maximo, in Maintenance and Operations of facilities and buildings.
• Demonstrated skill and comfort in proactively building relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management.
