Amazon is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to help design and transform our global consolidation and financial reporting capabilities as part of a large-scale Finance ERP transformation.

This role sits at the intersection of Accounting, Finance, and technology, with primary responsibility for translating complex consolidation, controllership, and financial reporting requirements into scalable future-state processes and system capabilities. The successful candidate will bring strong accounting and consolidation expertise, experience operating in complex global environments, and working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting or comparable enterprise consolidation platforms.

You will partner closely with Accounting, Controllership, Finance, ERP Product, Solution Architecture, and technology teams to define future-state consolidation processes, evaluate design alternatives, support SAP Group Reporting design, validate financial outcomes, and ensure the solution meets Amazon's global financial reporting and controllership requirements.

This role requires an individual who can move between detailed accounting analysis and broader transformation decisions — understanding how legal entity structures, accounting policies, ownership relationships, currencies, intercompany activity, and reporting requirements translate into an enterprise consolidation architecture.
