Job summary

Belden is executing a major Global ERP Transformation built on SAP S/4HANA. The Business Process Specialist will serve as governance authority for process designs across supply chain and operations, ensuring alignment with design decisions during the rollout.

You’ll partner with site teams, drive documentation, and support training for a scalable, high-impact program that spans multiple regions and manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• 7+ years in supply chain, operations, or business process roles within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience supporting or leading business process design during an ERP implementation; SAP preferred, S/4HANA a plus.
• Functional knowledge across two or more areas: order management, procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, or finance.
• Strong facilitation and cross-functional alignment, and clear documentation.
• Willingness for 30% domestic travel; international travel possible.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business process resource across Order-to-Cash, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance during ERP rollout.
• Define, document, and maintain future-state business process standards aligned with SAP S/4HANA and Belden's strategy.
• Partner with functional leads and site teams to validate process designs against real-world execution requirements.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and deviations; escalate and resolve with appropriate stakeholders.
• Support training and readiness activities by providing process expertise and clear documentation.
• Integrate with parallel workstreams to ensure end-to-end process coherence across the program.
