Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, ERP Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Significant experience leading large-scale SAP/ERP transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain processes and integrations with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Clinical, Commercial, and Finance functions.
• Experience operating in global, highly regulated environments, preferably within Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industries.

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain process design and transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Clinical, Commercial, Finance, and IT teams.
• Ensure Supply Chain processes are integrated across upstream and downstream business functions.
• Resolve process, technology, and organizational design challenges.

SAP & Digital Enablement

• Partner with IT to ensure effective implementation of SAP solutions and supporting technologies.
• Support business requirements, functional design, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, AI, and process mining capabilities.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Establish process performance metrics and monitor KPI achievement.
• Drive continuous improvement and value realization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, regulatory, and internal governance requirements.
• Support audit readiness and process control effectiveness.

Stakeholder Leadership

• Serve as the primary business authority for Supply Chain process decisions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and decision-making.
• Support organizational change management, training, and adoption efforts.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, ERP Transformation, Process Excellence, or related disciplines.
• Significant experience leading large-scale SAP or ERP transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain processes and integrations with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Clinical, Commercial, and Finance functions.
• Experience operating in global, highly regulated environments, preferably within Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industries.

The salary range for this position is: $243,100.00 - $314,600.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans*.
