Job summary

Attain Partners is seeking a strategic ERP consultant to lead high-impact engagements across enterprise transformation, IT modernization, and organizational design. You will guide ERP readiness, develop roadmaps, and advise clients on ERP decisions within broader transformation efforts.

You will work with executives to align technology investments with mission outcomes, facilitate workshops and briefings, and drive implementation across design, data validation and change management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management or consulting, with exposure to ERP-related projects (readiness, selection, transformation).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Knowledge of Workday or Oracle and demonstrated projects in at least one solution area (Finance, HCM or Student).
• Experience working with mission-driven organizations (higher ed, nonprofit, public sector) preferred.
• Ability to lead client engagements independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci, ERP-specific) a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to Practice Growth: Support methodology development, thought leadership, proposal writing, business development and internal capability building.

Qualifications

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Salary Range: $160,000 USD - $180,000 USD
