Miami-Dade County Public Schools is seeking an ERP Team Leader to coordinate the Innovation and Leadership Program (ILP) and Digital Convergence initiatives across schools and District departments. The role acts as a liaison to ensure effective implementation, communication, and timely delivery of program deliverables.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of progressively responsible experience, including supervisory experience and knowledge of district business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Four years of progressively responsible experience with at least one year of supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of M-DCPS business processes, project management, change management, organizational development, learning management, supply chain processes, information technology and/or business re-engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and monitors the implementation and daily operations of ILP and Digital Convergence initiatives across participating schools and District departments.
  • Serves as a liaison among schools, District administrators, departments, instructional personnel, technical teams, program staff, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and successful program implementation.
  • Develops, coordinates, and monitors project plans, priorities, timelines, milestones, assignments, and deliverables associated with assigned initiatives.
  • Collaborates with instructional, technology, administrative, and program teams to identify and resolve implementation issues, address resource needs, and support program objectives.
  • Coordinates stakeholder meetings, communications, orientations, professional development, and other activities necessary to support program implementation.
  • Monitors project and program activities to identify progress, risks, delays, resource needs, and other implementation barriers and coordinates appropriate follow-up.
  • Evaluates the completion and quality of assigned deliverables and provides regular updates regarding project status, accomplishments, issues, deadlines, and resource needs.

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
