Job summary

The City of Philadelphia, Office of Innovation & Technology, is seeking an ERP Systems Admin and Security Analyst to oversee day-to-day ERP configuration and data security across enterprise systems. This role supports the OPAL ERP/DW- BI modernization effort and collaborates with multiple city departments to ensure reliable, compliant IT operations.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of ERP experience (Workday), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to document processes and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems, computer engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of ERP systems experience (Workday), workflows and system security.
• Strong computing background in support/troubleshooting.
• Experience with implementing ERP and/or DW/BI solutions is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP platforms environment and security configuration.
• Support applications such as directory services and auditing tools.
• Maintain technical documentation of software, system, and security configurations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and troubleshoot business processes.
• Work with OPAL project team to document cloud and systems administration workflows.
• Monitor modification of and use of cloud resources.
• Document upgrade activity timelines and sequences.
• Assist in testing and training exercises as needed.
• Post-implementation: support ERP issues and security configurations.
