Job summary

Coburn Technologies, Inc. is hiring a hands-on, strategic Director of Business Systems in Windsor, CT to lead and optimize our business systems with a strong focus on Infor SyteLine ERP.

The role requires extensive ERP experience, manufacturing acumen, and the ability to drive automation and efficiency across ERP, SQL databases, and business applications. Responsibilities include leading ERP administration, database management, and cross-functional technology solutions for manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of Business Systems and ERP management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience administering and supporting Infor SyteLine ERP, preferably version 8.02.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, Crystal Reports, and SSRS.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and business operations.
• Proven leadership, project management, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Infor SyteLine ERP.
• Manage SQL Server databases and develop custom reports using Crystal Reports and SSRS.
• Translate business needs into effective technology solutions across manufacturing, finance, inventory, and operations.
• Oversee business applications, IT infrastructure, system security, backups, and external IT service providers.
• Lead and develop the Business Systems team while driving process improvement and system integration initiatives.
