Job summary

Coburn Technologies, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Director of Business Systems to lead and optimize our ERP and related business applications, with a strong emphasis on Infor SyteLine.

This role supports manufacturing operations by aligning systems with evolving business needs and driving process improvements. The director will manage Infor SyteLine ERP, SQL Server databases, Crystal Reports and SSRS, oversee IT infrastructure and security, and mentor the Business Systems team to deliver scalable

• Lead the administration, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Infor SyteLine ERP.
• Manage SQL Server databases and develop reports using Crystal Reports and SSRS.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions across manufacturing, finance, inventory, and operations.
• Oversee business applications, IT infrastructure, system security, backups, and external IT service providers.
• Lead and develop the Business Systems team while driving process improvement and system integration initiatives.

Coburn Technologies is seeking a hands-on, strategic Director of Business Systems to lead and optimize our business systems, with a strong emphasis on Infor SyteLine ERP expertise. This role is critical to supporting our manufacturing operations by ensuring our ERP system, SQL databases, and business applications meet evolving business needs.Extensive, hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine is essential for success in this position.
