An ERP Systems Analyst Sr plays a key role in the optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of SaaS ERP systems. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the effective utilization of SaaS ERP systems functionalities to meet our business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise and deep understanding in various ERP systems modules like Finance, Supply Chain Management, and project management skills. From a staff position, and under very limited supervision, functions as a senior member of one or more multi-disciplinary teams with complex assignments in Enterprise-wide ERP Business Information Technologies. Independently designs, develops, enhances, and tests complete business solutions for complex business requirements using ERP systems and various other tools in support of enterprise-wide business operations. Capable of serving as liaison to vendor suppliers of application software, services, and consulting. Coordinates complex projects. Takes initiative and exercises independent judgment to resolve urgent problems. Acts with broad authority when necessary to resolve emergencies. A Brief Overview

What you will do
- From a senior perspective, identifies and plans for current and future enterprise requirements. Collaborates with Business, IT, and other departments to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP systems solutions. Analyzes complex business and technical problems. Proposes ERP systems best practices and other cost-effective business and technical solutions. Recommends innovative techniques, procedures, and applications to meet enterprise needs. May review and evaluate a broad range of hardware and software products for applicability. Conducts site visits and other studies of business needs. Develops comprehensive hardware and software proposals. Works closely with and directs vendors regarding the installation of hardware and software, the coordination of training, consulting, and other vendor-provided services. Coordinates and oversees own tasks and the tasks of others in an orderly fashion. Plans, coordinates, and approves the work of more junior Associates and consultants, taking a lead role in project management. Provides the ERP systems Manager, Customers, and outside organizations with timely and accurate memos, time estimates, comprehensive project plans, and progress reports concerning tasks in progress. Makes highly effective technical and business presentations. Maintains all files in an organized and efficient manner.
- Manages system updates, releases, and patches, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal system performance. Conducts regular audits of system data to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies. Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ERP systems functionalities. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the SaaS ERP systems ecosystems.
- Designs, develops, configures, tests and documents complex standard and custom batch and dialog application software (or directs these activities when necessary), that integrates, extends, or enhances ERP systems functionality. Supports the enhancement, maintenance, and upgrade ERP systems by completing the analysis, testing and deployment of periodic updates delivered by ERP system vendors. Modifies and supports required changes to Business Processes and prepares or updates appropriate configuration workbooks and documentation. Assesses and advises on all proposed technical or procedural changes in assigned ERP systems, and related systems. Ensures efficiency and logical soundness in assigned applications by utilizing prescribed techniques and procedures for ERP systems and Information Technology support. Validates functional operation and reliability of new and/or modified applications with thorough testing; obtains or develops valid test data and conducts testing as appropriate. Reviews test results with the ERP systems Project Manager, business, or other Associates as appropriate. Provides expert software, technical and troubleshooting support and training. Takes a lead role in coordinating software and related hardware support from third parties. Administers support agreements for third-party support when appropriate. Recommends departmental standards and procedures for improved departmental processes, security, and documentation.
- Proactively reviews, recommends, and implements ERP systems authorization procedures and techniques, other data security, integrity, backup, and recovery procedures for the protection of business systems. Provides follow-up on implemented procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all patients, business, human resource and other confidential data and information in all forms and media in which it might appear.
- Stays current on all emerging ERP systems and other information technology relevant to assigned systems. Maintains expert information technology status on the business areas supported. Demonstrates continued growth in leadership and professional capabilities as applied to assignments. Leads and participates in formal and informal study sessions, researches technical manuals and professional publications. Maintains competence in current ERP systems and related information technology. Demonstrates competence in understanding the business issues/processes of assigned user departments.
- Responds on a 7/24 on-call basis to application and Customer problems; ensures that any problem within his/her ability to correct is addressed in a timely and professional manner. Taking a senior role where appropriate, coordinates and directs inside and outside resources as necessary to resolve problems.

Experience Qualifications
- 3-5 years Computer programming Must have at least four (4) years of applicable computer programming or other similar experience; general business or clinical knowledge/training. Strong work experience in ERP systems.
- Substitution: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field plus six (6) years of applicable computer programming or other similar experience; general business or clinical knowledge/training.
Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrates expert analytical skills and extensive business knowledge with expertise in the build, configuration, and maintenance of ERP modules.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and modules such as Human Resource, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and related modules. Expertise in building/configuring ERP systems to meet business requirements. Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.
- Database management skills for data analysis and reporting. Integration skills to connect ERP systems with other downstream systems.
- Track record of successful SaaS ERP systems implementations or operational support. Ability to create project plans, set milestones, and manage project timelines effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable ERP modules such as Human Resources, Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Sound understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. Ensuring that the ERP systems align with regulatory standards and policies.
- Experience in managing relationships with ERP and other third-party vendors and understanding the vendor’s roadmap and updates.
