Job summary

Civicworks is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst IV to support Florida's PALM Project in Tallahassee. The role focuses on data analysis, financial reporting, and technical support for Financials, Payroll, and the Data Warehouse. The go-live is scheduled for January 2027.

Four years of related experience are required, along with strong skills in data modeling, architectures, and MS Office/Visio. This is an onsite position at the Tallahassee project office.

Qualifications

• Four years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, IT, MIS, or computer science (or post-secondary degree as substitute).
• Three years of experience in auditing, accounting, financial reporting, or technical work (requirements gathering, data analysis, development, testing, implementation).
• Knowledge of data modeling, integration architectures, and COTS solutions.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business audiences and analyze user requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio software.
• 100% onsite presence required at Tallahassee project office.

• Provide technical support for Financials, Payroll, and Data Warehouse implementations.
