Job summary

Wiginton Fire Systems in Orlando (Central Florida) is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics GP while assisting in the transition to a future ERP platform.

This role combines ERP support, SQL development, and IT duties, supporting office staff and field technicians within a small, agile IT team; the right candidate will own critical systems and help drive modernization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with an ERP system (Dynamics GP preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of Microsoft SQL Server experience, including T-SQL.
• Experience troubleshooting systems and data issues.
• Ability to support end users in technical and non-technical environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using AI tools to improve personal productivity and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics GP across core modules.
• Write and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and data processes.
• Develop and support reports using SSRS and SmartList Builder.
• Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and integration failures.
• Assist with ERP transition planning, including system evaluation and data preparation.
• Support integrations with third-party applications and tools.
• Provide help desk support for internal users across multiple locations.
• Assist with general IT functions, including user access, troubleshooting, and system support.
