Job summary

Pearson Carter is seeking an Application & Systems Analyst to join our retail technology team in a hybrid role in Dallas. You will support ERP, POS, and merchandising systems, troubleshoot data flows, and coordinate integrations with IT and vendor teams.

You will use SQL to analyze issues, translate business requirements into system configurations, test releases, and ensure IT controls and audit readiness while supporting finance, merchandising, and store teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting ERP systems and SQL-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with integrations (APIs, ETL, EDI, middleware).
• Familiarity with retail transaction flows (ERP, POS, merchandising systems).
• Knowledge of IT controls and compliance processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter, able to take ownership and drive tasks to completion.

Job Title: Application & Systems Analyst – Up to 110K – 3 days in office

Job Overview

We are seeking an Application & Systems Analysts to join a growing retail technology team. This hybrid role (satellite office 2–3 days/week with occasional travel to headquarters, or fully onsite if preferred) combines systems analysis and integration coordination. The analyst will support ERP, POS, and merchandising systems, troubleshoot data flows, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and optimize workflows across business units.

Salary/Package

• Base salary: 85,000 – 110,000
• 20% bonus opportunity
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (premium applies for family coverage)
• PTO: 80 hours starting (includes sick leave)

Location

Hybrid: Satellite office (2–3 days/week) with occasional travel to headquarters. Fully onsite can be considered.
