HEI Civil in Colorado seeks an experienced ERP Specialist to optimize Spectrum-based processes and empower field teams with reliable data. You will write SQL queries, build reports in Power BI, and support integrations between Spectrum and other business apps, while collaborating across departments to improve safety, quality, and production.

The role combines hands-on system administration with analytics, offering growth in a stable, safety-focused construction company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience with SQL, reporting/BI tools, or systems administration; Viewpoint Spectrum a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary user for Spectrum-related support tickets, triaging and resolving issues.
• Administer user access, security, and system configuration; implement controls to reduce risk.
• Coordinate with Spectrum vendor and IT on troubleshooting, upgrades, and escalations.
• Support power users with self-service access while maintaining system integrity.
• Write and optimize SQL queries against Spectrum and related databases.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards with Data & Automation team.
• Troubleshoot and repair Spectrum-adjacent reports; rebuild as needed.
• Support API integrations and system connectivity between Spectrum and other apps.
• Develop Power Query solutions and contribute to broader automation projects.
• Document processes and reporting logic to reduce knowledge loss.
• Maintain clear documentation for handoffs and transparency.
