Job summary

Onboard Systems in Anaheim, CA, seeks an ERP Specialist to design, implement, and optimize the IFS Cloud ERP environment with a focus on manufacturing and SCM modules. The role centers on configuring and administering ERP systems, aligning with business needs and growth strategies.

You will collaborate with ERP teams, vendors, and business units to ensure robust integrations, secure access, and effective data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing, administering, or serving as an SME for large ERP platforms in manufacturing.
• Proven experience in solution architecture and system administration for ERP platforms.
• Strong background in ERP integrations, particularly with PLM.
• Experience building reports via SQL queries and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering with business stakeholders to design ERP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Warehousing.
• Evaluate and implement capabilities to support growth and process improvements.
• Manage IFS integrations with third-party apps including PLM.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation: configurations, workflows, data mappings.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the IFS Cloud environment: user accounts, permissions, security roles.
• Collaborate with other Signia ERP specialists to apply lessons across ERP environments.
• Support business units in investigating outputs using log data and reports.
• Work with the vendor on advanced customizations and large-scale implementations.
• Support reporting and business analytics.

Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch, located in Anaheim, CA is one of the world’s leading providers of Search & Rescue (SAR) and Human External Cargo (HEC) advanced mission equipment for civil, commercial, and military helicopters.

Position Overview

Location: Anaheim, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

The ERP Specialist is responsible for the strategic design, configuration, administration, and optimization of the IFS Cloud ERP environment. A particular focus will be on manufacturing and supply chain functions, including the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) module.

What You’ll Do

• Drive requirements gathering with business stakeholders to design robust solutions across modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, and Warehousing.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement capabilities, features, and enhancements to support business growth and process improvements.
• Manage IFS integrations with third-party applications including PLM.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and data mappings.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the IFS Cloud environment, including user account management, permissions, and security roles.
• Partner with other Signia Aerospace ERP specialists to apply lessons learned across ERP environments.
• Provide support to business units in investigating unexpected outputs with underlying log data and reports.
• Collaborate with the system implementer (vendor) on advanced customizations and large-scale implementations.
• Support reporting and business analytics.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience implementing, administering, or serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for large ERP platforms (preferably IFS Cloud) in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in both solution architecture and system administration roles for ERP platforms.
• Strong background in ERP integrations, particularly with PLM.
• Experience with custom report generation through SQL queries and other data analytics tools.
