Job description

Redwood is localizing a global battery supply chain that seamlessly integrates recovery, reuse, and recycling—keeping critical minerals in circulation and driving the energy transition. Founded in 2017, we’re delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have.

ERP Solutions Architect
Responsibilities
  • Participate in the end-to-end implementation of a new ERP platform, with primary ownership of financial modules including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting SMEs to design and document workflows, business processes, and system configurations that support accurate and efficient financial operations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal software development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions for in-house ERP modules.
  • Support the configuration and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 financials, including period-end close, accounting distributions, AP/AR processes, and related financial workflows.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and data extracts to support financial reporting and period-end validation.
  • Administer ERP security access controls including role design, user provisioning, and segregation of duties compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and configuration issues across financial modules, coordinating with internal developers and business teams as needed.
  • Support integrations between the ERP and adjacent systems such as WMS and TMS as a secondary responsibility; technical integration development experience is a plus but not required.
  • Document configurations, support procedures, and training materials; support end-user guidance to enable business self-sufficiency.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3–7 years of experience supporting or implementing ERP platforms, with a strong focus on financial modules including GL, AP, AR, cost accounting, and period close.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, or comparable ERP financials experience with a willingness to learn D365.
  • Comfortable working at the intersection of finance and technology, bridging Accounting and Finance stakeholders with software development teams.
  • Good understanding of finance processes.
  • Strong aptitude to use AI tools to enable easier integrations and configurations with D365.
  • Familiarity with ERP integration with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Strong cross‑functional communication skills; experience working directly alongside Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
