Job summary

Ampcus Inc is seeking an experienced ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME) based in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CGI Advantage 4.0 and will be responsible for supporting User Acceptance Testing, data conversion, and reconciliation activities for public sector ERP implementations.

The role requires 8 years of ERP experience with proficiency in UAT support and defect triage. Responsibilities also include guiding internal teams and ensuring alignment with system functionality.

Qualifications

• 8 years of ERP experience with at least 3–5 years in CGI Advantage 4.0.
• Strong experience in UAT support, test validation, and defect triage.
• Experience with ERP data conversion and reconciliation processes.
• Public sector or government ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep functional expertise in CGI Advantage 4.0.
• Review and validate UAT test scenarios, scripts, and workflows.
• Support data conversion and reconciliation activities.
• Participate in defect triage for configuration and data issues.
• Act as liaison between business SMEs and technical teams.
• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to team members.
