Job summary

Ampcus Inc. seeks a Functional UAT Lead – O2C, Grants & Projects to drive UAT execution across revenue, billing, receivables, and project/grant accounting in an ERP implementation.

The role focuses on revenue integrity, cross-fund accounting, and project-based financial tracking, with on-site work in Nassau County, NY. You will develop and execute end-to-end test scenarios, oversee defect triage, and validate data migrations for AR, grants, and project data.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years QA/UAT in AR/revenue/project accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Billing, AR, and revenue processes.
• Grants and project accounting experience.
• ERP experience including CGI Advantage (preferred), Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
• Data conversion testing (AR, grants, project data).

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT for end-to-end O2C lifecycle across billing, receivables, revenue posting, and GL integration.
• Develop and execute revenue and project-based test scenarios.
• Oversee testing for grants and project accounting.
• Validate cross-fund and cross-department transactions and data migration.
• Participate in defect triage and issue resolution.

This role focuses on revenue integrity, cross-fund accounting, and project-based financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UAT for end-to-end O2C lifecycle:
• Billing $B"*(B Receivables $B"*(B Cash Application $B"*(B GL posting
• Oversee testing for:
• Grants and project accounting
• Cost tracking and allocations
• Validate:
• Billing rules and invoice generation
• Cash application and receivables tracking
• Revenue posting and GL integration
• Develop and execute:
• Revenue and project-based test scenarios
• Validate:
• Cross-fund and cross-department transactions
• Project cost tracking and grant lifecycle
• Customer and receivables data validation
• Open AR balances and grant/project data migration
• Participate in mock conversions and ensure:
• Revenue and project data reconciliation
• Support financial validation and reporting accuracy
• Participate in defect triage and issue resolution
