Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Senior Specialist with expertise in SAP Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 6 years of experience with SAP global template and/or rollout projects.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle of S/4HANA implementation or rollout.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Customer Service (CS) modules such as Field Service Management, Return, Repair, Replacement, Loan, Standalone Split/Assembly, etc., along with integration with SD, MM, and FICO modules.
• Some knowledge and practical experience in SD and MM modules.
• Familiarity with SAP global template approach and experience working with onsite (global template/core) teams.
