What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA software systems across the organization
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, budget, and resources
- Mentor and guide a team of Project Managers overseeing individual workstreams within the program
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure alignment and address needs
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements throughout the ERP implementation process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in IT project and program management with a focus on ERP implementations
- Extensive experience leading full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs with significant budgets
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SAP certification(s) related to S/4HANA implementation
- Experience with cloud-based ERP deployments and data migration strategies for SAP S/4HANA
- Familiarity with industry best practices for ERP implementations in a global context
- Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator or Confluence Administrator certification is a strong plus
- Experience managing third-party vendors and consultants in international settings
