You will own access governance, roles, and controls testing, while partnering with Cybersecurity, IT, and business teams to ensure audit readiness. You will drive continuous improvement, lead a high-performing team, manage budgets, and align control activities with regulatory and contractual requirements across enterprise

• Extensive leadership experience in Security & Controls for ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of role design, least privilege, and segregation of duties.
• Experience coordinating with Internal Audit, Cybersecurity, and IT teams.

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Security & Controls function for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Costpoint ERP.
• Set service levels, monitor performance, and manage staffing and budget for the S&C team.
• Lead automation of access requests, controls testing, and certification processes.
