Job summary

Paramount Skydance Corporation seeks a seasoned Manager for Application Security and SOX IT to lead security design across Oracle Fusion, EPM, and OIC, ensuring SOX compliance and SoD integrity. You will serve as SME for IT audit/compliance in enterprise systems and partner with Finance, HR, IT, and Internal Audit.

The role focuses on identity management, access governance, risk monitoring, and remediation of security gaps with strong experience in Oracle IAM and ITGC controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, cybersecurity, or accounting information systems.
• 5+ years in Oracle Application Security and IT audit/compliance.
• Strong knowledge of SOX, COSO, ITGC.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP/Procurement/HCM security.
• Experience with Oracle EPM security and IAM frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain security architecture for Oracle Fusion, EPM, and OIC.
• Manage user provisioning/de-provisioning and IAM lifecycle processes.
• Oversee access governance, reviews, and certification campaigns.
• Ensure SOX compliance, ITGCs, and internal security policies across environments.
• Monitor SoD using Fusion Risk Management Cloud (AAC/AFC).
• Support audits with reports, evidence, and walkthroughs.
• Identify vulnerabilities and remediate SoD conflicts.
