Turtle is seeking a Buyer for our Fort Washington, PA location to expedite open purchase orders, manage ERP data, and deliver top-tier customer service. The role focuses on procurement within a distribution setting and collaboration with the sales team to manage back-orders.

You will source, place orders, manage information in ERP, and support inventory processes while working in a fast-paced environment at our Fort Washington site.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• MS Office (including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to be a self starter, organize and prioritize work.
• Prior experience in distribution preferred, especially electrical purchasing a plus.
• Understanding procurement in a distribution environment a plus.
• Must possess a willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Source and place purchase orders.
• Manage information within the ERP system concerning back-orders, expected ship dates, etc.
• Proactively communicate with the sales team as it pertains to their open orders and back-order dates.
• Assist buyers with assigned current projects.
• Procure assigned items as required.
• Support inventory management process.
