Job summary

The Cooperative Finance Association (CFA) is seeking a Financial Systems & Reporting Analyst to strengthen the systems, data, and reporting that support sound business decisions. This role blends finance, technology, and process improvement in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring loan management–GL integrations, performing subledger-to-ERP reconciliations, building standardized reporting, and supporting system configurations and migrations.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-5 years of relevant experience with general supervision
• Experience with ERP systems, general ledger/subledger concepts, financial reporting, data integrations, reconciliations, and internal controls

Responsibilities

• Monitor integrations between loan management systems and the general ledger, research exceptions, and support accurate data flow.
• Perform subledger-to-ERP reconciliations and validate financial reports, dashboards, data extracts, and KPIs.
• Build and improve standardized reporting, automation, and workflows to reduce manual processing and spreadsheet dependency.
• Support financial system configuration, testing, upgrades, implementations, migrations, parallel runs, and cutover activities.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT to resolve issues, document controls/data flows, and improve end-to-end processes.
• Provide first-line system support and translate technical or data issues into practical guidance for business users.
