Job summary

University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center seeks a Senior Project Manager of Enterprise Resource Planning to lead large cross-functional ERP initiatives within the CTDO Project Management department. The role oversees scope, budgets, schedules, and quality, guiding teams through full-cycle ERP implementations and change management.

The ideal candidate has extensive ERP program leadership experience, with a master’s degree preferred and PMP certification beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience with five years in PM and five in applications/infrastructure services.
• Direct ERP implementation leadership experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic alignment and leadership for cross-functional ERP initiatives.
• Apply PMO governance and manage comprehensive program documentation and status reporting.
• Coordinate training, testing, go-live readiness, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, risks, and vendor relationships.
• Mentor junior PMs and contract resources; maintain scope, schedule, and quality.
