Job summary

Miracle Software Systems, Inc is looking for an experienced ERP Manager to lead the implementation and support of ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and possess strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.

The role involves managing daily operations, leading projects, and ensuring that the ERP platform aligns with organizational goals. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in ERP environments are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing or supporting Navision (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and/or Oracle EBS environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Order Management.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the day-to-day operations of Navision ERP or Oracle EBS environments.
• Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, migration and enhancement projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Sales.
• Configure ERP modules and oversee system customizations.
