Job summary

Enpal is building the next generation of its ERP landscape in Berlin, moving to AI-driven processes for Inventory, Logistics, and Carrier selection. You will document, analyze, and continuously improve SCE processes in D365 F&O, ensuring AI agents have accurate, structured knowledge.

You’ll work at Enpal’s Berlin office with a hybrid setup, collaborating across Logistics, Warehouse, and Tech, and shaping automation deployments to improve stock accuracy and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience in process analysis or business analysis in a supply chain or ERP environment.
• Understanding of SCE processes: inbound, warehouse management, outbound, and 3PL integration.
• Hands-on with D365 F&O (or comparable ERP) in Warehouse/Inventory modules.
• Curiosity about AI agents and automation.
• Structured working style with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain SCE process flows end-to-end: inbound receiving and putaway, inventory management, picking, packing, staging, outbound, carrier handover, returns, and 3PL movements.
• Translate process flows into structured, machine-readable formats for AI agents in SCE (Inventory, Logistics, Carrier agents).
• Maintain SCE docs in Confluence and Signavio; ensure live system reflection.
• Analyze SCE process performance and identify gaps; quantify impact on stock accuracy and fulfillment.
• Monitor KPIs: inventory accuracy, OTIF, lead time, serial number compliance; report deviations with root-cause analysis.
• Identify data quality issues (item master data, serial numbers, locations) and escalate with evidence.
• Assist in writing BRDs for SCE initiatives; support testing and validation for ERP changes.
• Contribute to agent guardrails and exception handling logic for automated workflows.
• Support serial number tracking governance across 3PL and warehouse transfers.

What you’ll do

Enpal is building the next generation of its ERP landscape, moving from traditional D365 F&O workflows toward an AI-driven operating model where agents track inventory, route logistics, and trigger cost postings autonomously. The vision: a supply chain execution process that runs itself, with humans focused on exception handling, continuous improvement, and making sure the system stays accurate.

As ERP Process Analyst SCE, you are the operational backbone that makes this possible. You document, analyze, and continuously improve supply chain execution processes in D365 F&O, and you ensure the process knowledge that AI agents consume is accurate, structured, and machine-readable. You work closely with the SCE Process Architect and sit at the intersection of Logistics, Warehouse Operations, and Technology.

PROCESS DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION

• Document and maintain SCE process flows end-to-end: inbound receiving and putaway, inventory management, picking, packing, staging, outbound, carrier handover, returns, and 3PL movements

• Translate process flows into structured, versioned, machine-readable formats that serve as the knowledge layer for AI agents operating in the SCE domain, including Inventory Agents, Logistics Agents, and Carrier Selection Agents

• Maintain SCE process documentation in Confluence and Signavio; ensure documentation always reflects live system and warehouse behavior

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & KPI MONITORING

• Analyze SCE process performance: identify manual steps, workarounds, and execution gaps; quantify their business impact on stock accuracy and fulfillment

• Monitor SCE KPIs including inventory accuracy, OTIF, fulfillment lead time, and serial number compliance; proactively report deviations with structured root cause analysis

• Identify data quality issues affecting SCE, including item master data, serial number gaps, and warehouse location data, and elevate with evidence-based analysis

INITIATIVE SUPPORT & AGENT ENABLEMENT

• Assist in writing Business Requirements Documents for SCE initiatives, structured, evidence-based, and ready for Tech intake

• Support testing and validation activities for SCE-related ERP changes, agent deployments, and releases

• Contribute to the design of agent guardrails and exception-handling logic for automated SCE workflows, e.g. when an Inventory Agent should elevate vs. act autonomously

• Support serial number tracking governance: document tracking requirements, identify gaps, and elevate inconsistencies across 3PL and warehouse transfer flows

What you’ll bring

• Experience in process analysis, business analysis, or a similar role in a supply chain or ERP environment

• Understanding of supply chain execution processes: inbound, warehouse management, outbound, and 3PL integration

• Hands‑on experience with D365 F&O (or a comparable ERP System), ideally in Warehouse Management or Inventory Management modules

• Curiosity about AI agents and automation; you want to understand how agents work and how to make them work better

• Structured working style with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or 3PL integrations is a plus

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Logistics, Warehouse, Operations, and external logistics partners

• Fluent in English; German is a plus
