Job summary

A staffing solutions company is looking for an experienced Onsite Delivery Manager to oversee critical ERP programs and ensure their successful execution. The ideal candidate will possess a PMP certification, strong expertise in ERP Program Management, and hands-on experience with large-scale implementations, especially in SAP or Oracle environments. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the flexibility to work extended hours and travel to various locations including Tijuana, Mexico.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in ERP Program Management.
• Strong background in end-to-end project execution, preferably in Datalake and/or SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP program management including implementations and integrations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for all project-related issues.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Engage in day-to-day program activities providing hands-on oversight.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships ensuring alignment between teams.
