Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Technical Software Project Manager to lead a portfolio of MuleSoft-based ERP integrations. You will drive cross-functional delivery, manage risks, and ensure go-live readiness for an enterprise ERP implementation.

The role requires strong Azure DevOps, agile leadership, and excellent stakeholder communication across engineering, partners, and leadership. Direct hire with 3 days onsite in Seattle and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing software delivery projects involving enterprise system integrations.
• Proven experience leading MuleSoft integration projects or delivering MuleSoft implementations.
• Experience supporting enterprise ERP implementations or large-scale business transformation.
• Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, and Agile delivery.
• Knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, REST and SOAP APIs, middleware and iPaaS, event-driven architectures, ETL and API lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication bridging technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Strong risk management and dependency tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Own and maintain the Azure DevOps backlog, ensuring accurate work item tracking, sprint planning, and board hygiene.
• Translate defined integration requirements into well-organized backlog items.
• Track sprint commitments, monitor progress, and adjust plans to maintain delivery timelines.
• Drive delivery of MuleSoft integrations supporting an enterprise ERP implementation.
• Coordinate with MuleSoft developers, ERP partners, QA, infrastructure, and stakeholders to ensure execution.
• Remove blockers and facilitate decisions to keep integration development on schedule.
• Manage dependencies across APIs, middleware, ERP systems, third-party apps, environments, and vendors.
• Monitor milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues to maintain timelines.
• Champion incremental, production-ready delivery and go-live readiness.
• Serve as the primary source of truth for integration delivery status.
• Produce executive-level reporting including sprint metrics, burndown charts, RAID logs, and go-live updates.
• Communicate effectively across engineering teams, architects, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Maintain RAID logs and coordinate testing, environment readiness, deployment planning, and cutover activities.
